“RED” by John Logan

Independently funded, produced, and performed

This production of “RED” by John Logan was independently funded through donations crowdfunded by a team of four, including myself, over the course of several days. In the span of a month, we designed, marketed, built, learned, and rehearsed this dialogue-heavy two-actor show. The play examines the real-life artist Mark Rothko in his last years before his eventual suicide in 1970. This production was performed over three days, selling out two performances, in the UMass Theatre Department.
